To help thwart the concerns of customers regarding viruses and such I wanted to share a little of what we do here - each movie case is disinfected upon return (in addition to the usual maintenance on every disc - love being the only store to do that); the front counter is disinfected every 30 minutes and the usual fixtures of hand sanitizer bottles for customers and employees are maintained/utilized hourly.
Each employee is given the option of wearing treatment gloves and the return boxes are sprayed with Lysol daily. Hope this helps...
